Alright everybody, so yesterday we did a wall stretch and I want to show you another version

of that stretch.

So you're just going to pretty much come parallel to the wall, extend your leg out, and you're

going to lay down, bring your leg up, and then just pull your leg down.

So we're stretching the hamstring here.
